Do not suffer from Orlistat Side effects
If you find any sign of any allergic reaction like hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat after using orlistat, then you should look for immediate medical help. If you experience severe pain in the upper which spreads to your back, nausea and vomiting, and a fast heart rate, then you should immediately stop using the medicine and call your doctor. All these can be signs of pancreatitis. 
The following side effects are the most common side effects associated with the use of orlistat. They show that the medicine is working right. These side effects are usually temporary.
oily spotting in your undergarments;
oily or fatty stools;
orange or brown colored oil in your stool;
gas with discharge, an oily discharge;
loose stools, or an urgent need to go to the bathroom, inability to control bowel movements;
an increased number of bowel movements;
stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rectal pain; or
Weakness, dark urine, clay-colored stools, itching, loss of appetite, or jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).
Other side effects that may occur while taking orlistat include:
problems with your teeth or gums;
cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, cough;
fever, chills, sore throat, flu symptoms;
headache, back pain; or
Mild skin rash.
Other medicines that affect orlistat?
If you're using any of the following medicines, you should immediately tell your doctor about it
insulin or diabetes medications you take by mouth;
cyclosporine (Gengraf, Neoral, Sandimmune);
digoxin (digitalis, Lanoxin, Lanoxicaps);
levothyroxine (Synthroid, Levoxyl, Levothroid); or
a blood thinner such as warfarin (Coumadin).
Warnings
You should never use the medicine
if you are taking cyclosporine
if you have been diagnosed with problems absorbing food
if you are not overweight
Ask your doctor before you start using the medicine if you have ever had
gallbladder problems
kidney stones
pancreatitis
Ask a doctor before use if you are
Using warfarin (blood thinning medicine), or taking medicine for diabetes or thyroid disease. Your may have to adjust the dose of the medication.

When you are using this product
You should take a multivitamin once a day. The vitamin can be taken at bedtime. Orlistat reduce the absorption of some vitamins and so you need supply of vitamins from outside.
Strictly follow a well-balanced, reduced-calorie, low-fat diet. Start using the diet before taking orlistat.
orlistat prevents the absorption of the fat you eat. As the fat is eliminated through bowel changes, so you may experience:
- gas with oily spotting
- loose stools
- more frequent stools that may be hard to control
you can eat a low-fat diet as it will lower the chances of experiencing the bowel changes
For every 5 pounds you lose from diet alone, orlistat can help you lose 2-3 pounds more. Studies have found that people can lose 5-10 pounds over 6 months.
